As a Senior Associate and the Emerging Mobility Co-Lead at Nelson\Nygaard, Terra approaches transportation challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit. She is motivated by a vision to advance the public interest by pursuing alignment between policy and industry goals. She believes both cities and companies have roles in creating better outcomes for people, and in her projects seeks practical, implementable solutions that have buy-in from multiple sides. Terra recently published "TCRP Report 204: Partnerships between Transit Agencies and Transportation Network Companies (TNCs)." She lives, works, and travels by bike with her daughter and husband in San Francisco, California.
